While waiting for her new Aigo MID to arrive from Hong Kong, Pocketables reader GossGirl wrote to tell me about a nice, Flash-laden microsite dedicated to the 4.8-inch slider she’s been visiting to "pass the time away."
Site visitors can click on one of the purple buttons to view a quick demo of the selected feature or just sit back and watch the two-minute presentation in full. There’s also a press page (the device actually got quite a bit of mainstream coverage) and a specs chart for good measure.
Though the MID has only been released in Asia, it can be purchased in the US and other countries through eBay.

It looks beautiful!
What I thought was pretty funny was at the end they had it say “UMPC Aigo MID” with other kanji inbetween. I can’t read the kanji but it seems like they are calling the Aigo MID a UMPC at the same time.
It says “Aigo MID, smaller than any UMPC”
Thanks for the translation, Jo. I had the same thought as MikeN.
Why there’s still not driver for wireless, that will work on aigo mid -p8880t,windows XP ?
