Best Buy sure wasn't kidding when it said just yesterday that the white Dell Streak was coming soon.
A quick check of its website shows that the unit is already available for pick up today! You can't get it online, so you need to punch in your zipcode or city/state to find the nearest stores that have the white Streak in stock. I live in Hawaii, where the snow-colored tablet is listed as unavailable for pickup, so I'd need to book a flight to California if I wanted to see one in person today.
Purchasing from Best Buy may be the only way you'll be ever be able to get the Streak in white, so it's something to think about if you don't want to wait and see what becomes of the "more colors" rumor. Besides, at least you know that Best Buy Streaks are getting the Froyo update on December 3rd.
Anybody pick one up today?
Definitely going to go check that out today. Btw does anyone think that the price of the streak will drop for Black Friday? I have held off on buying one because $300 is a bit too much.

I just was at my local Best Buy and they had a sign saying that the white Streak was not available yet. But after asking to see one to hold i was handed a white one. Must say it looks pretty good, am going back tomorrow for it.

IIRC Honeycomb 3.0 will be the one built more for tablets.
Now this would match my white iPhone 4… hmm now would really like to pick one up instead of the Hawei S7. can’t decide now. by the way I checked the ad for Best Buy and doesn’t show that the Streak will be on sale for BlackFriday. The Galaxy Tab will be $50 off for BlackFriday.
Something that’s nice to see, from the Canadian perspective, despite myriad deserved criticism (particularly on price), Rogers does now give the Streak some comparatively good promotion (www.rogers.com). And I’m finding that every store I’ve managed to get to is already sold out (at this point, I’m no longer in a huge panic to get my hands on one, as potential holiday discounts might make it worthwhile to be a little more patient.

To answer bf question no it wont be discounted that day but in other news I have 10 days left on my 30 day return policy so this bad boy is coming home with me tmrw when I get to work! So long graphite you have treated me well!
