Crowdgather_Logo I'm thrilled to announce that StreakSmart—along with Pocketables and Good and EVO (my other sites)—has been acquired by CrowdGather, a leading network of online forum communities that serves 135 million monthly page views.

This acquisition will mean nothing but great things for StreakSmart: we'll improve the forum—which is already one of the leading Dell Streak forums on the internet thanks to you—get more exposure for the front page, and basically just try our best to take this site to the next level.

As editor-in-chief, I'm not going anywhere and will continue on as the head writer. You'll still see regular updates, accessory reviews, tips and tricks, and news stories about the Dell Streak, Streak 7, Streak Pro, and anything else the company puts out that bears the Streak name, so the transition should be pretty seamless and largely invisible to you.

I've also accepted a role at CrowdGather as the Director of Content Management, managing a team of writers across the network, so there's an exciting road up ahead. This is going to be quite the adventure, and I hope you'll stick with StreakSmart and enjoy the ride with me.
