So, you've been holding off your Dell Streak 7 purchase for a while now – even through all of those sales that we've been reporting lately. Well, today's yet another lucky day for you: Computer Geeks is selling refurbished Streak 7s for $179.99, but the sale is for today only.
Like the past few sales, these units are loaded up with Honeycomb, the latest version of Android that's officially available for the device. Unfortunately, unlike Like some of those sales, these units are the WiFi-only models 3G/4G capable models.
Still, this is a decent deal for a tablet that reached its end-of-life. If you're interested, you'd better act fast, as this sale is only valid for today.

This particular tablet is actually the GSM 3G/4G model and it is an unlocked unit. Another notable quality/feature is that the original Streak 7 battery was only 2780 mAH, and this unit has been refurbished with a 4000 mAH battery which pretty much doubles its battery life. Unfortunately, I did not receive my e-mail notification in time about the sale and ended up grabbing one for it’s now listed price of 199.99 plus shipping. Still a really good deal for anyone considering a “just-because” device
My mistake. The unit is currently provisioned for use on T-Mobile’s network, and not GSM unlocked. But it is extremely easy to unlock yourself for use with any US carrier or possibly an international carrier which uses the following bands
Bands:
1G/2G: GSM @ 850, 900, 1800 & 1900 MHz
EDGE @ 850, 900, 1800 & 1900 MHz
3G: HSPA @ 850, AWS, 1900 & 2100 MHz
4G: HSPA+ @ 850, AWS, 1900 & 2100 MHz
