Our friends at Seidio have a little something special for you this week – they’re giving away a Seidio Convert Combo case for the HTC EVO 4G LTE to five lucky winners.
The Seidio Convert Combo is actually two cases, an exoskeleton, a belt holster, and a screen guard to prevent scratches. That’s a whole lot of protective layers for your phone, and we’ll be reviewing one of them later this week.
To enter for a chance at being one of the winners, retweet or share a link on your social media of choice to this contest, and then come back here and share your favorite experience you’ve had with the HTC EVO 4G LTE since getting it. If your particular favorite experience requires censoring to make it PG, go for the next safe-for-work experience, please.
Winners will be announced on Monday, July 2, 2012, here on Pocketables and also contacted via email or Facebook. Please leave a valid email address when commenting, or check your Facebook messages if you enter that way. Good luck!
Thanks to Seidio for sponsoring this giveaway!

Getting BlueputDroid to work on my LTE. For some reason, on my old EVO, I was unable to get BlueputDroid to connect with my PS3. I decided to try again with the EVO LTE, and realized I needed it rooted… then GnE posted a new ‘root’ article the same day
I rooted my LTE (amazingly easy), and then synced to my PS3. Now I have a keyboard for typing into my PS3. Love it
My favorite experience using the EVO 4G LTE has been the continuous shooting feature on the camera. It was awesome when I used it for the first time! Since then I’ve been able to capture what looks like a short story. From my daughter running with the track team to a bird taking off from a tree branch. This camera takes really great photos. Not to discount any of the other awesome features, but this particular one happens to stand out. I loved my original EVO 4G and the EVO 4G LTE has certainly proved to be a faster, sleeker and feature rich successor.
My favorite experience with my EvO LTE has been getting root so quickly and also the continuous shooting on the camera along with the great pictures it takes. Actually I just love life more with this phone haha it just makes everything better. I love you EvO LTE!!!! P.S. I so badly want that Seidio Convert Case!!!!!
I love the battery life. My poor EVO 4G was not lasting long there at the end! The screen is beautiful and I love how fast it responds to commands. Still getting used to the change in the keyboard, but my favorite experience has to be running my fingertips over the gorilla glass. I love how smooth it feels!
Realizing you could use the kickstand and charger at the same time. That made me very happy.
My most memorable experience is when I prop up the Kickstand on my E4GLTE and stream the Euro 2012 matches for all my friends to view.. It’s an awesome feeling when my friends comment on the clarity of the screen or the usefulness of the kickstand.. JUST LOVE IT!!
My best experience so far still is the amazing camera. and also the amazing battery life, Example: my EVO had 34 percent charge and I got really bored so I played zenonia 4 for about an 1:30 brightness with the WiFi and 3g radios on, then I got owned by a boss and when I saved and quit it was at 17%.
an hour and a half on half brightness*
I love the camera burst mode!!! That is so much fun to be able to capture action that I might otherwise have missed with a single shot…And the speed of single shot is the fastest I’ve seen on any device I’ve owned previously, including digital cameras. My digital camera stays home anymore.
My favorite experience so far with my 4G LTE was seeing it shipped this morning. I have loved and still love my original EVO, and my battery still runs me 2 days average. Looking forward to the improvements and keeping my EVO as a backup.
Using the EVO to watch a movie with the kickstand while charging the battery!!
My favorite experience has been seeing my friends reactions to it. They do a double take on their phones because it won’t compare. Bigger, faster, and always amazed about the battery life. This is the best phone out hands down.
I love the camera in all of it’s modes- the burst mode, the video, and taking stills from video (either while taking the video, or while playing it later)- fantastic!
The new evo is a upgrade in every way from the original evo. In screen to kick stand to battery life to internal hardware specs even down to durability and stability. All I can say is that it is a true successor to the original.
By far my best experience for the Evo has been the screen size and its usefulness when using programs such as Splashtop. Actually that is how I am submitting this comment.
Good battery life and nice kickstand…
Fantastic…
Battery is great and everything is smooth and sexy. I have had many Apple fan boys question there iphone after playing with my new EVO!
The amazing camera! From capturing my oldest son’s kickflips to my youngest son’s Maradonna move, my Evo 4G LTE captures it all!
Taking pics of the children without worrying about the fuzzies etc. The camera is awesome. There are way too many better features to pic just one!! LOVE MY NEW EVO LTE!
Two things I love! First is the auto fill functionality, which I used on here just for my name and email…. Lazy! Second is the rapid picture.taking which was great at the air show on the beach we took our son to a few weeks back! I could go on and on, but that will do.
I really live the new cameras burst mode. I had every Evo except the design and this Canberra on the lte is by far the best one yet!
Yeah i like the canberra too. I take pics of myself to show all my sons friends
My best moment with this came when I was just able to turn it on and play the latest games without worry. While the Evo played most games flawlessly, I was able to have no studder on anything I’ve thrown at it.
I must say my favorite feature’s are the camera and the screen I am still amazed at how awesome they are.
I tweeted the contest. THE CAMERA!!!! Gave up 3D which was way before it’s time to get the 8MPs. I think I’m a photographer now! I may attempt to open a studio and shut JC Penney and Kmart down, LOL
My favorite is the camera the new improved google voice search and having the kickstand back and ICS.
My favorite moment was last night when I discovered that I could take a good color self portrait photography in a bar! First Time Ever on a Phone!
My favorite has been recording someone doing a burn out at Smoke Out 13!
My favorite experience with my phone has been the beautiful screen! Beats audio also does a pretty good job when playing music in my car.
Having a kickstand that is actually centered, which prevents the phone from falling (my HTC evo 4G used to do that a lot!)
My favorite feature has been the burst camera shots. So much easier to take a picture of a toddler with this feature.
I had the Evo 4g and although I loved it I would always receive that prompt with the picture of the hard drive insinuating I needed to “delete” some apps to make room…. seriously irritating. Now, I have so many apps I’m not sure what to do with them. It’s nice though… to have a smart phone that actually functions the way it supposed to.
Lame but I enjoyed recording my buddies doing Das Boot and outlasting a silly iphone 4S which overheated and shut down when mine kept on trucking. Although it did get quite toasty itself.
I’ve had many complements on the photo qualitity especially at my daughter’s baseball games.
the contest is now closed, winners to be announced shortly
