ROM Cleaner is a flashable AROMA script that allows you to selectively remove any and all bloatware you want, and remove as much of HTC Sense as is possible to give you a non-Sense ROM. Additionally the script allows you to backup all HTC account settings, Bluethooth pairings, mail accounts, keys, and more before you do anything.
ROM Cleaner works on deodexed custom ROMs. They are working on a version to handle odexed, although it’s not here yet.
If you choose to remove the Sense launcher (Rosie), it will automatically install either Apex, Nova, Go Launcher EX, Holo, Holo HD, or Zeam depending on which one you would like.
The benefits of removing Sense and bloat are increased memory, performance, and in some cases battery life. However, you’re also going to lose some features that your phone shipped with.
While the script software is pretty foolproof, don’t underestimate the ability of something to go wrong that shouldn’t. Make sure to make a nandroid backup before doing brain surgery on your phone.

I’m not seeing anything for Sense 3.6, I’ll check back a little later and see if I can locate anything.
The guy who developed this did it for a lot of phones, so he might have something for older Sense builds. I know there used to be a lot of De-Sense guides out there, but I always just flashed the ROM I wanted to try
