I just talked with our friends at Seidio, and they want to give away a total of nine batteries to some lucky Good and EVO readers who own either the HTC EVO 3D or the EVO V 4G.
The first of the batteries is the Seidio Innocell 1900mAh Slim Extended Life Battery, which is a 200mAh (roughly 10%) improvement over the stock 1700mAh battery. There will be three winners who get one of these.
The second is a Seidio Innocell 3000mAh Extended Life Battery. While not quite twice the life of the stock, it offers over 70% more runtime than what is shipped with the phone. There will be three winners who get one of these.
Finally, three lucky winners will also be chosen to win a Seidio Innocell 4000mAh Super Extended Life Battery, which more than doubles the potential running time you have for your EVO. A total of three of these batteries will be up for grabs.

I think just tweaks and new cool apps is what I look for most.
I would like to see more coverage for aosp rom on evo 3 and more kernel coverage too!!!
When we have AOSP again and kernels coming out for it I will… it’s just been kind of dead in the AOSP pool for a while.
You already cover everything. I honestly have no suggestions. Huge fan.
I would love to see an article on how HTC was ahead of the game with the EVO 3D and what they could have done to make it even bigger with that technology.
Something neat that I’ve done with my new 3D is being able to video record my kids first day of school! That is something that may seem kind of blah for some BUT for me, it was a once in a lifetime moment!
I was able to take a few 3D pictures and take about 30 minutes worth of video! IT WAS AWESOME!!!
Hey guys,
I’d really like to see some acrticles exposing some “tried and true” settings on some of the most popular apps out there. I realize that settings vary for each one of us but there ARE some things that we know are pretty concrete and work the best for each app. Let’s share that so that we can get the most from the app aAND our Evo 3d.
More rom and Kernel coverage! Those devs rock!
I want to see G&E drop an article on alternate camera/vid cam apps that can enhance your use of the camera and video camera on our EVO 4G!!!
Being able to record, edit and finalize video is pretty amazing with the Evo 4g.
Best thing i have done has been installing ROMS which you guys recommend. Having ICS before the official update was out, was awesome!!
My ole Evo 3D runs Viper ROM…so glad they brought ICS to it wayyyy before Sprint could.
I’d actually be able to use my gps.
Yeah, I want a longer lasting battery. And some coverage of PSN/HTC compatibility.
This is a beautiful thing that sedio is doing and partnering up with G&E, I’m a mobile person and when I’m driving around I need GPS so I use my phone, but since I don’t own a evo 3D car dock I’m stuck with low battery every time with my car charger port broken. This would help me so much in the long run just go get where I need without worrying about having to to turn my internet off every 5 few minutes to save battery life. I leave the house at 100% and 15 minutes down the road I only have 75% left.. I’ve wanted one but could never afford something so life changjng.
I love my Evo 3d. I’d like a review on the newest version of TSF Shell.
just having more power to spare is a nice thing, so it would def be used for backup
Love the website. I wonder what the next EVO will look like? Have owned an original EVO, EVO 3d and a EVO LTE. Battery life could be better though and wish more companies would follow the Motorola Razr maxx lead and put bigger batteries in phones or at least give u options.
I think you guys do an excellent job already, but if I were to choose a topic to be covered more, it would be more apps and the functionality possible with some of the apps out there…Keep up the good work!
First day with my 3D I was taking 3D video of one of Soundgarden’s first concerts in almost 15 years
I loved to take 3D video. It was amazing…
And what I need now is larger battery
I would love to see a 3d Specific area. One of the unique and really cool features of the Evo 3d is the 3d screen. Now there is plenty of really bad 3d pictures and videos out there that almost instantly causes the ‘eye strain’ that gave this technology such a bad review. But there are plenty of really amazing pictures and videos out there as well. So it would be cool to see a site utilize this in an interesting way. And allow us to socialize and amaze each other with some of the 3d goodness.
)
Bob brought up a good point about not having a 3d photo and video section. Everything else is great!
More ROM coverage, please. There are quite a few interesting ROMs out there for the 3D now.
I think more articles that relate more to the everyday noob then to your everyday geek like myself would be good.
I mean, I like seeing articles that we have now BUT I personally think it would be pretty cool to educate the not so up to date “geek” out there!
I would like to see more articles covering the latest rom development and development tools.
Maybe Jelly Bean AOSP is kind of dead, but the Jelly Bean AOKP development has moved forward. Something neat I’ve done with my EVO is use the latest JB AOKP as my daily driver for the last week or so. It is so smooth! Love it. The only major things left to be fixed are the camera and Google Now.
If you are rooted and S-Off (you need to downgrade your Hboot), you should all try it.
JB, dunno what will happen with it, but ever article I write about a ROM that can’t do camera or radios are busted gets me a “why are you writing about these crap ROMs?”.
Wanted at least the camera to be working before I wrote about more JB for the 3D… I mean, why have a 3D if not for the camera or 3D video
I would like to see more coverage of hardware performance statistics and comparisons between phones. Dual vs. quad core, etc. Would like to keep an eye on the future, as to what I should look forward to.
We need more articles on S-On Evo 3D’s. They’re a pain in the neck to deal with.
Just install TSF shell, it looks good on my 3D with funny widget and themes. Love my 3D
Love the ROM reviews, more please. Keep up the great work!
more evo 3d
I’d love to see more rom discussion!
How about a full length comparison on the best extended batteries and power packs for the EVO line of phones.
Those who have s-off Evo3D on GB can upgrade to official ICS rooted in XDA thread. It’s as smooth as official GB, just try it.
Can somebody please tell me how to change the txt notification sound. I went into settings and then sounds and notifications and changed the notification sound and its still the same one that came with the phone its driving me crazy. PLEASE HELP.
more 3D content
I would like to see more 3d content and an easy way of rooting it
I’ve been following you guys for a while and learned a lot from this site. Keep up the great work. EVO3D.
More on ROM development for sure and future of HTC and why HTC decided not allowed to change EVO LTE’s battery freely.
They decided since consumers were turning down the EVO as a thick brick of a phone to go slim. Built-in batteries take up about a third of the space.
Hey guys,
I definitely would love to see more good reviews about EVO3D roms that are available. I love trying out new ROMS but don’t always have the time to research through XDA, etc. You guys make it easy on here! Thanks for the great work.
Only suggestion really is to keep covering the Evo 3D. I like the phone and don’t plan to upgrade any time soon and like to hear new ways to make my phone better. Some info on better camera apps would be great. Is it possible to get ZSL on the phone?
There was a kernel made for it a while back that supposedly supported ZSL, but no apps did… I’ll see if I can locate anything on it.
I’d like to see content coverage. Things that use the 3d feature of the phone.
If you can find any, let me know… I’ve been seeing the same 11 programs for 3D for the past 10 months…
Wonder if it will get Jelly Bean later?
It must be the first 3D JB phone out there.
Officially it’s a possibility – since the HTC EVO V 4G is the HTC EVO 3D, and it just got put out onto Virgin Mobile, they’ll be expecting an upgrade so hopefully it’ll be there at some point via official channels.
Unofficially we’ve had it for weeks…
Ok, nice info. Hope it is real.
Everything you needed to know about ROM’s but were afraid to ask…
I have been using GOOD and EVO website ever since I got my EVO 3D. The site has been priceless in helping me use my phone. Keep up the great work!!!
Thanks for the reviews (boy they are great)!
Thanks for the tips (girl they are cool)!
Everything you need to know about EVO 3D is here
I have been using this site since my OG EVO. I come here every couple days and catch up on things. I read and like it all except I don’t root so I don’t read about Roms and Kernels. Keep up the good work. This battery would be very useful.
I’ve used Evo 4G before, compare to Evo 3D, 4G have less build quality especially ‘cheap looks’ plastic.
For 3D it looks ‘quite’ perfect for me from the build quality.
Could I be so luck?!
I’d like to know how to get USB host mode working on my EVO 3d. I’m getting a powered USB hub to see if it’ll hopefully work. Using latest anthrax kernel
anthrax kernels rock!
What’s the best ICS custom ROM for 3D so far?
I would like to see more Evo3D Rom/Kernel coverage.
EVO 3D ICS source code have been released. Can’t wait to see ROM base on it.
I love the links to sales on 3d accessories, more of those.
Entries are closed now.
9 winners will be announced as soon as I manage to get the thing written up (probably about 40 minutes)
