BTC Mouse & Trackpad, available in the Cydia store, is a great tweak for jailbroken iPads. It allows you to connect Bluetooth mice to the iPad, and unlike similar tweaks, it works with the stock Bluetooth stack. That means you use the normal Bluetooth manager to pair, the mouse will reconnect when turned on, and it basically just works like if it was a native feature. It has several keybindings to make life easier for mouse users, as well as an excellent presentation mode. Check out the video to see it in action.
