Apple has an iPad mini ad that shows a full sized iPad and an iPad mini play a duet on piano. The ad didn’t get to live for long before someone made a spoof of it that includes the Microsoft Surface. The Surface comes out ahead in this ad, killing both the iPad and the hand that plays piano on it in the process. Check out the spoof above and the original iPad mini ad below.

OMG this is too funny
The parody video is great, but I’m not sure the original ad makes much sense to begin with…
Apple ads never do….
The original makes me think “oh wow, an iPad can now do a Casio SK-1 Sampling Keyboard”
Nice and all, but show me something I couldn’t do 15 years ago.
I agree. I’m not totally sure what features they were trying to advertise, as the original didn’t really seem to highlight anything particularly special about the iPad mini. And while the Windows parody is pretty funny, it doesn’t get much of a point across either.
I’ve now shown that to 5 people. The general agreement seems to be that it needed to go much further in the destruction and over the topness…
I laughed though
I enjoyed that..hope you don’t mind
