CF.lumen adds Tasker support, everyone rejoice

CF.lumen in TaskerCF.lumen is an application we’ve covered some before that can help you sleep, aid colorblind people by painting the screen with higher contrasting colors, or reduce eye strain by changing the color of your phone during low lighting conditions. The pro/pay version of this has just added some much requested Tasker support which allows you to define color filtering for any condition you might need.

Many of you have commented on screenshots I’ve posted in the past that have a pinkish tint. These generally were caused by my use of CF.lumen at night and forgetting to turn it off before taking a screenshot, but hopefully no more.

The Tasker interface to CF.lumen allows you to set whatever filters by any of the loads of Tasker conditions you can think of, however what this means to you is of course limited only by your imagination.

Finally I’m able to set a high contrast driving profile that can activate simply by driving in my vehicle, and a deep red-filter for GPS navigation after dark from Tasker.

Now I just have to work up a profile to turn off the filters when taking a screenshot and I’ll be set.
