Google giving away $6 more credit per Chromecast
We’d mentioned at some point a few months ago that you could cash in on some offers through the Chromecast app and get some Play Store credits. Well, it looks like if you’re on an unrooted Chromecast device this deal is good again according to Android Police.
Now, it may work on some rooted devices, but at the moment my heavily exploited Chromecast isn’t popping up any offers and my unrooted one is, so just mentioning it.
Then again reading comments it looks like some people are seeing delays in getting the offer, so who knows. Perhaps you have to try and redeem, fail, and come back tomorrow. Do not know.
Not going to go on too much about this as the only offer I got was for a free movie rental and it’s refusing to let me cash it in because I have another in my queue, so hopefully you’ll have a significantly easier and more profitable experience than I am having.
You can head over to the Chromecast Offers site to redeem it. You’ll need to install the Chromecast extension in order for it to work on Chrome, maybe you can use the Chromecast app to redeem, I’m unfortunately remote desktopping from another Chromecastless network so I can’t tell.
