iClever BoostCube wireless charging pad review

iClever Boostcube ic-wl04Meet the iClever Boostcube ic-wl04 fast wireless charger. OK, now that pleasantries have been exchanged let’s talk about what this thing can do.

The iClever Boostcube ic-wl04 will charge at up to 10 watts and 1.1amps at 9V (incorrectly think ~1700+mA in 5V terms) and has sensors to prevent overheating.

Unfortunately it does not ship with a power supply, so you’ll need a QC2.0/3.0 fast charger in order to provide it with the needed volts/amps/happiness.

It works on pretty much any Qi enabled devices, and has a very large surface area. It even works through my fairly thick case which is a problem I was having with another charger recently.

I’ve been using it for the past couple of weeks and have no complaints except that the status bar light annoys me.

I’m at this point and no real complaints. It does its job, price is about right, Amazon link her claims it’s the ic-wl01 in the description but under the product info you’ll see it’s the 04.

I wish I had something more to say about this, but maybe the best review is it does the job expected and doesn’t draw attention to itself. It just works, and that’s what I want in a charger.
