as we said erlier. it has 3g but its a pci-e card and not all support voice. remeber voice is NOT 2g/3g/4g related

i notesed something interesting when looking thoue link2sd and titanium backup

there seems to be a few system phone apps for stuff but i dont think they are enabled.

My guess is that you enable it in the build.prop and perhaps mess around with some EMlist settings. That's what I did with the Dell Streak 7, anyway.

I'd try it myself but don't have my Tablet P on hand.
