Are other people seeing this crash on Evo LTE? After the Jellybean update Google Nav is crashing repeatedly. It's completely unusable.
I am seeing this on both Evo LTE phones on our account. Telenav works fine. |

Yes, this is a known problem for what I've been reading. It looks like it doesn't matter if your phone is rooted or not, running a custom ROM or not. To make things even more complicated, some people have the problem, and others don't, so it's really hard to pinpoint where the problem is since people with identical setups could have different results.
I'm one of the lucky ones who hasn't had any trouble so far. Just out of curiosity, are you rooted? Running a custom ROM? S-ON or S-OFF? HTCdev unlocked? |

Wow, that has to be annoying. Hopefully the issue will be resolved quickly!

Having the same or similar issue - seems to lock up while running for me, force closing it doesn't help...

Both of our Evo LTE phones with this issue are not rooted. Running latest jellybean update from Sprint.

It's not an EVO-specific issue either, looks like it's popping up elsewhere.
There is one EVO-reported fix and that's to disable screen dimming, but I think that's a red herring really... |
