Toshiba water-resistant internet viewer

Don’t you hate it when you’re hanging out underwater, bored out of your mind because your devices stop functioning when submerged? Well, if Toshiba ever brings its handheld water-resistant internet viewer (estimated screen size of about 3.5 inches) out of concept status, then you’ll be all set.

The device you see here is actually playing a video, so its release may not be too far-fetched. Whether it fills an actual need in the consumer market is another story.
