HTC One preorders to begin April 5 for AT&T

ATT HTC One screenshot - for some reason we don't have an alt tag here

According to the latest HTC One leak we’ve come across, AT&T will begin accepting preorders for the HTC One on April 5, although we still don’t have an official release date, other than sometime before the end of April. This information comes from an internal screenshot (pictured above) provided to Engadget.

The 32GB version is said to cost $249.99 on-contract, while the 64GB will require $299.99. That’s quite a hefty price for this smartphone, but it’s also quite a hefty smartphone in and of itself. Meanwhile, T-Mobile will be carrying the 32GB version of the HTC for only $99.99 down, and while we don’t have specific pricing information for Sprint, I’d be willing to bet it will be around $199.99, if we’re to believe the latest Radio Shack leak.

So, in other words, it looks like up-front pricing from AT&T, Sprint, and T-Mobile will be all over the map, which makes shopping around for the best deal even more important. We’ll be sure to let you know if we find any more deals for what’s shaping up to be one of the hottest devices of 2013.
