Happy New Year! We’re headed to Vegas for CES 2015!
Happy New Year, Pocketables fans! 2014 was great, to be sure, but 2015 is sure to be even better. And what better way to ring in the new year than to head to Las Vegas for the annual Consumer Electronics Show?
Fellow Pocketables writer Paul E. King and I are both traveling there right now, as I type this (I’m currently hanging out at the Peoria International Airport, while Paul is somewhere in the air between Nashville and Vegas). All next week, we’ll be attending press conferences, touring the showroom floors, and attending special press-only events, all with the end goal of getting our hands on as much new and emerging tech as we can, so we can let you know what will be hot in 2015.
Oh, and we’ll also see who can get the most free thumb drives, since practically every booth has them.

You might have noticed that things slowed down on the site in November and December, as both Paul and I took a chance to breathe and spend the holidays with friends and family. But now we’re back and more ready than ever – and CES is only the beginning!
