No way? Huawei?

The justice department has started the legal fight against Huawei as 16 charges were filed in a 56-page lightly redacted document you can read here.

TL;DR RICO act, IP theft, lying to the US govt about who owns a subsidiary company, robot theft, violation of US export laws, and other stuff.

It’s a long read, but worth it for interesting tidbits like (pg 11) Huawei employee printed a spy badge claiming they worked at “Weihua,” violating sanctions against Iran and other sanctioned companies by using a company called SKYCOM as a shell.
